Delivery

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated in the order, by the means of transport and carrier chosen.

COVID19 INFORMATION
During the current situation we continue working without any limitations on shipments.

Orders that are made before 1:00 p.m. will leave the same day with exceptions. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will go out the next day.

95% of shipments to peninsular national territory are delivered the day after shipment, however some orders may be delayed due to the current situation.

Right of withdrawal and claims
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day of receipt of the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, it is sufficient for the client to contact the COMPANY indicating the exercise of his right of withdrawal to contacto@orodealtasierra.com

Returns of material must be previously authorized by our commercial department. Always in original packaging and products without deterioration.

The client must return the material to the COMPANY freight prepaid, once the material has been received and its condition verified, the COMPANY will pay the corresponding amount of the material to the client.

During the return process, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the product (s).

Warranty and returns
Acceptance by the company of the return of the products will be subject to the fact that said products to which the return refers, be returned to the company immediately and properly packaged, to the address that has been notified to the customer.

The customer must always request a return number from the company, which must appear on the label of the package to be returned, whatever the cause of the return, the product (s) must be sent in its packaging and original state. The company will indicate to the client the procedure to follow for the processing of their return. The postage for said return will be paid by the customer.

In the event of a return due to withdrawal, the customer must return the product (s) within fourteen (14) days after receiving the material, taking charge of both shipping and return postage.
