Sending the package
For us that you receive the product as soon as possible is essential, therefore, we work with courier companies specialized in first-pressing and second-collection EVOO green oil, both in a 500ml bottle and in a 6-unit box, for management of shipments.
The delivery time is & nbsp; 24 / 48h from receipt of payment. All orders for EVOO green oil of the first pressing and second collection, both in a 500ml bottle and in a 6 unit box, that are produced from 7 pm on Thursdays, may be delivered the following Monday.
COVID19 INFORMATION
During the current situation we continue working without any limitations on shipments.
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will leave the same day with exceptions. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will go out the next day.
95% of shipments to the peninsular national territory are delivered the day after shipment, however some orders may be delayed due to the current situation.
As it is oil, EVOO green oil of the first pressing and second collection, both in a 500ml bottle and in a box of 6 units, we pay special attention to packaging so that you receive the product in the best conditions at home. For all glass shipments we use double channel boxes and different reinforcement materials so that the product can receive the blows caused in transport. If upon receipt of the products, any of them are not in perfect condition, please contact us through our communication channels. HERE
Currently we only ship to Peninsular Spain. We are working to add other regions of Spain and Europe.
If your order is greater than € 100.00, shipping costs will be free. & nbsp; This promotion is only valid for Peninsular Spain.
Returns
You can request a partial or total refund of your order in the following 14 calendar days from the & nbsp; receipt & nbsp; of it. The transport costs derived from the return must be paid by the customer. To request a return, please contact us through the & nbsp; following form & nbsp; indicating the order number on which you want to make the return.
The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within reasonable limits after delivery and, in the event of any defect in the products or in the event of any other incident related to delivery, including delivery incomplete, erroneous or non-delivery of one or more products contained in the order, you must notify it in the most detailed way to the email address contacto@en.orodealtasierra.com
If the client does not make such notification, it will be definitively assumed that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free of any defect that is evident in a reasonable examination, and consequently, it will be considered that the customer has accepted the products.
The client must reject packages that are delivered damaged or that show symptoms of having been damaged during transport, in no case will the COMPANY be responsible for a package which presents damages of any kind and has been accepted by the client .
